Famous Australian cricketer and feared fast bowler Brett Lee visited Trivandrum Medical College as part of his duties as Cochlear's Global Ambassador for Treating Disabled Children. He was here to spread awareness on that mission. He was received ceremoniously by the Principal Dr Thomas Mathew to the traditional welcome with chendamelam. The official function at the Diamond jubilee Auditorium was attended by medical students and faculty membets in large numbers. He also spent time with the medical college cricket team.
He was accompanied by Dr Mohammed Asheel who is in charge of the Mission for the differently abled.
