Sri Velayudhan from a rural background, has just completed 100 years. He still works with his plantains and betel leaves cultivation. He is reasonably healthy with no diabetes, hypertension or dyslipidemja. He was with his son who has retired 5years ago from government service. He represents a healthy generation of the bygone era. An ideal person to be with on World Elders Day.
