Victory Path 2018 - a two day seminar being conducted by the Pathology department of the Trivandrum Medical College has begun. The seminar which started off on saturday, at the Achyuthamenon Center Hall was inaugurated by Dr. Mathew Thomas, principal of the Trivandrum Medical College. The newly appointed RCC director, Dr. Rekha Nar was felicitated during the function. The main topic of discussion for the seminar was Endocrine Pathology, for which the classes were headed by Dr. Vani Santhosh (Prof. and Head of Neuropathology, NIMHANS), Dr. Usha Kini (Professor of Pathology, St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore) and Dr. P. K. Jabbar (Prof. and Head of Endocrinology, Trivandrum Medical College). On sunday, the classes will be headed by Dr. Ajith Nambiar (Prof. and Head of Pathology, Amritha Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi), Dr. S. Sankar (Prof. and Head of Pathology, Govt. Medical College, Kottayam) and Dr. Sreedevi A. R. (Additional Professor of Pathology, Trivandrum Medical College). Dr. Lila Rani Vijayaraghavan and Dr. Abhilash Nair are the moderators for the event. Experts in this field would be participating for the seminar and also presenting their papers. Dr. Krishna Balachandran Nair, Dr. G Nandakumar, Dr. C. P. Muthurikan and Dr. Ruby Elizabeth Elias are members of the Organizing Committee.
